Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, to use Postoni. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Give us accurate information and keep your login details and API keys safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including actions by teammates you invite and by AI assistants or automations you connect.

New accounts get a 7-day free trial with no card needed. After the trial, you need a paid plan to keep using the service. Prices are listed on our pricing page in USD and are billed monthly or yearly in advance.

Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your settings, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Except where the law says otherwise, payments are not refundable. If we change prices, we will tell you at least 30 days before the change applies to you.

Do not use Postoni to post illegal content, spam, malware, harassment, hate speech or content that infringes someone else's rights. Do not try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service.

Each social network has its own terms, community rules and automation policies, and you must follow them for every channel you connect. If a network limits or suspends your account because of what you posted, that is between you and the network.

If you use Auto-DM or other automated messaging, you must follow Meta's Platform Terms, Instagram's Community Guidelines and messaging policies. Only message people who contacted you or interacted with your content, don't send spam or misleading messages, don't buy or share contact lists, and respect requests to stop. Postoni stops automations for anyone who replies STOP, and you must not try to get around that. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use the emails and phone numbers people share with you.

You own the posts, media and other content you add to Postoni. You give us a limited license to store, process, adapt (for example resizing an image for a network) and publish that content, only to provide the service to you.

You confirm that you have the rights to everything you publish through Postoni.

AI suggestions can be wrong, out of date or unsuitable. Review anything an AI writes before it goes out. You are responsible for content you approve or allow to auto-publish, whether it was written by you, a teammate, our AI assistant or an outside agent connected through our MCP server or API.

Postoni works by connecting to social networks and other services we do not control. They can change their APIs, features or rules, or stop supporting a feature, at any time. We will do our best to keep up, but we cannot promise that a specific network or feature will always be available.

Postoni is built on the open-source Postiz core, licensed under AGPL-3.0. That license governs the open-source code. These terms cover your use of the hosted Postoni service, including our hosting, support and billing.

We work to keep Postoni available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, outages at networks or providers, and events outside our control can affect posting. Enterprise plans may include a separate SLA.

We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something important to your paid plan, we will tell you in advance.

You can stop using Postoni and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to export your data.

The service is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, or for actions taken by social networks.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Postoni after that, you accept the new terms.
