Delete your data

To stop Auto-DM and delete its data for one account, open Auto-DM settings in Postoni, choose Disable, and tick "Delete contacts and conversations".

To delete everything, delete your workspace from Settings, or email us and we'll do it for you. We delete or anonymize your data within 30 days.

Businesses and creators use Postoni to answer Instagram comments and messages. When you interact with them, Postoni stores your Instagram-scoped ID, username, name, profile picture, the messages you exchanged and any email or phone number you chose to share, on their behalf.

Reply STOP in the conversation to stop automated messages. To have your data deleted, contact the account you messaged, or email us with your Instagram username and the account's name and we'll handle it.

If you connected Instagram or Facebook to Postoni, you can remove Postoni from Instagram (Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites) or from Facebook (Settings → Business integrations). Meta then tells us to delete the data and gives you a confirmation code you can check below.
