Can Postoni start my stream or change my stream title?

No. Postoni posts to your Twitch chat and to your other social channels. Going live, titles and categories are still set in Twitch or your streaming software.

How do I tell Discord I'm live?

Connect your Discord server as a second channel and select it in the same post. Your go-live note then lands in Twitch chat and Discord at the same moment.
