What is the Kick character limit?

Kick chat messages can be up to 500 characters. Postoni's counter shows how much you have left.

Can Postoni start my stream or post clips to Kick?

No. Postoni sends text messages to your Kick chat. Starting a stream and uploading clips still happen in Kick and your streaming software.

Does the message show if I'm offline?

Messages post to your channel's chat either way, but most people will only see them while you're live. Schedule them for when your stream is running.
