Built around how Skool actually works

  • Right group, right category

Choose the Skool group and the category label for each post, so it shows up where members expect it.

  • Comments scheduled with the post

Add follow-up comments in the composer and they post under your Skool post.

  • Promote it outside Skool

Send a short teaser to LinkedIn, X or Instagram from the same draft to bring new members in.

How to schedule a Skool post

Four steps, about two minutes the first time. After that it's write, tweak, schedule.

  1. 1

    Connect with the browser extension

Skool has no public posting API, so you connect through the Postoni browser extension while signed in to Skool.

  2. 2

    Write the post

Add a title and write the body. Attach images or files if they help.

  3. 3

    Pick group and category

Choose the group you run and the category label. You need posting rights in that category.

  4. 4

    Schedule it

Set the time and Postoni posts it, even when your browser is closed.

Does Postoni publish automatically to Skool?

Yes. After you connect through the extension, scheduled posts go to your group at the time you set. You don't need to keep Skool open.

What is the Skool character limit in Postoni?

Postoni allows up to 5,000 characters per Skool post. That covers most lessons, recaps and announcements.

Why does Skool need a browser extension?

Skool doesn't offer a public API for posting. The extension securely passes your Skool session to Postoni so it can post as you. If you sign out of Skool, you may need to reconnect.

What if a post fails?

If you don't have permission to post in a category, Postoni shows a clear error so you can pick another category or adjust your role.
