Set it up in four steps

Copy your Postoni API key
Sign up at postoni.com, connect your channels, and copy the API key from Settings.

Add a Webhooks step
Add a Webhooks by Zapier action, choose Custom Request, and set the URL to https://postoni.com/api/public/v1 plus the endpoint you need.

Set the auth header
In the headers section, add Authorization with your Postoni API key as the value. Send the post text, channel IDs and date as the request data.

Trigger Zaps from Postoni
To react to published posts, create a Catch Hook trigger in Zapier and paste its URL as a webhook in Postoni Settings.

Zapier and Postoni FAQ
Is Webhooks by Zapier on the free plan?
Webhooks by Zapier is a premium app, so you will need a paid Zapier plan. Check Zapier's pricing page for the current details.
Can Zapier posts wait for approval?
Yes. Create them as drafts and they appear in your Postoni calendar for review. Approvals for teams are on the Team plan and up.
Can I use Zapier's AI agents with Postoni?
If your Zapier setup can call a remote MCP server, point it at the Postoni MCP endpoint with your API key. Otherwise the webhook action covers the same posting features through the API.
How many posts can a Zap send?
Postoni has unlimited posts on every plan. Your limit is Zapier's task count, and each network's own posting rules.
